Terms of Service

We cook and deliver every day from 11:00 to 23:30 (Dubai time). Orders cannot be placed outside those hours. Everything is cooked after you order, so a dish takes roughly 35–50 minutes to reach you.

An order is accepted when you see its reference number. If a dish runs out after that, we will call you before cooking the rest.

All prices are in AED and include VAT where it applies. The minimum order is AED 40. Delivery is AED 10, and free from AED 100. We deliver to the areas listed on the delivery page.

The total you confirm is the total you pay. Prices are recalculated on our side before payment, so a price that changed while your basket sat open is corrected before you are charged, not after.

You can pay by card online, by card when the courier arrives, or in cash. Paying online goes through Stripe; we never see your card number. An online order is only sent to the kitchen once the payment has gone through.

Call +971 50 188 4077 as soon as you can. While a dish has not gone in the oven we can change or cancel it and refund an online payment in full. Once it is cooking we cannot — it is made to order and cannot be sold to anyone else.

If something arrives wrong, cold or missing, tell us the same day and we will put it right — a replacement or a refund for that item.

Azerbaijani cooking leans on walnuts, and our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, egg and sesame in the same space. We cannot promise a dish is free of a trace of any of them. If you have an allergy, tell us in the order note and call us before ordering.

All our meat is halal.
